Default My New Motor Teg DC5

I sold my scooby in June and after spending what seemed like a lifetime test driving this and that I've finally ordered my new car.

It's on the ship and should be here in about 5 weeks

I ordered it through http://www.gt-culture.com

What you reckon

Yep I'm there

Nice site but a bit quiet, I guess it's to be expected

I think there is only something like 100 dc5's in the country ( I could be so wrong on this)

Thumbs up

Very nice indeed

I used to have the civic type-R 30AE. Correct me if I'm wrong ,but I think they have the same engine. Very fun car indeed!!

Excellent grin factor

Enjoy!

I love the look of them, but do you not think you'll miss the Torque of a Turbo lump having had a scooby before this??

2ltr Vtec
220bhp
Not sure about torque but I doesn't feel that much
0 - 60 in the 6 - 6.5 mark
Handling is sharp with very little understeer
The Vtec engine is ideal for someone who doesn't want to spend huge amounts on fuel ala scooby
Around town it feels ok, nothing special but get it into the Vtec and it becomes a totally different beast.....it howls it's **** off

Combined figures for this are in the 30's
