...so here's mine.

Collected over the past few months each part was bought individually second hand apart from the water temperature gauge. I started getting a little desperate once i had all the parts bar the last gauge and ended up calling round the suppliers until Mike Tuckwood came through for me with the final old-style gauge he had in stock!

I thought i'd save money but in the end it's cost me more than the average 3 gauge setup goes for on here - but we live and learn!

I'm quite proud of the Control Unit location and specifially kept the Control Unit 1 even though the newer '2' unit passed through my hands at one point. Still loving playing with them but the start-up ceremony is starting to wind me up already lol.

Must clean that mark off the Oil pressure gauge.

Not particularly hard to install at all, and they really do go will with the dash.

I managed to install them which is saying something in itself! Fitting the senders and routing the wires is the most time consuming part. Boost and Oil Pressure was a piece of cake but the Water Temp sender was little messy as i had to fit an adaptor in the top rad hose.

It gets even easier if you start with brand new parts!

Where did you get it from?

Out of interest, why fit a water temp gauge when you already have one as part of the instrument cluster? I though the idea was to fit an oil temp gauge so you know when the engine's properly warmed up and you no longer need to drive it gently?

Believe me Andy, had an Oil Temperature gauge came up i would have snapped it up. As i've said though, the old style gauges weren't exactly in huge supply. The only two i really wanted was Boost and Oil Pressure, Oil Temp would have been nice but it's not wholey necessary imo, common sense and all that...
