Hi to all!
To answer some questions!!
I work in Hampshire, of course i can speed (you have to understand i dont enjoy it though, obviously ;0)
And yes, the blind stupid people do think im a copper, useful on motorways as they move from lane 3. Rubbish on normal roads as they slow down to below the speed limit!
Cheers

Hey!
How cool is that! Am currently sitting LGV lessons so that i can get into the Ambulance service, (Part of their criteria to join.) and it would be amazing to drive around in something like this once i have qualified. Hopefully i'll pass and have the opportunity to join. Nice!

Hey New port white Scooby! you need Cat D1 & C1 Pcv & Psv on your lisence before you can apply. You have got it if you passed your test before your driving test before 1997. But i passed in 99! It's costing me around £1200 all in so as you can tell am committed to trying to get in!Regards

I was told at 18 years old that I did not have enough "Experience of Life" to enter. I wondered why they bothered allowing the entrant age to be 18, with most of them it was 21.
Still, I never followed it up, instead going into the transport industry which admittedly paid more.
My mum left the ambulance service after a serious assault on a job that put her and her partner into hospital.
I have great respect for the emergency services personnell and the crap they have to put up with.
