Yes mate I know.... looks very high doesn't it... I do need to get it done. I'm right down in East Kent. The nearest place used to be Scoobysport, Essex, but now that's gone.. I'm not suer where to take it. But, it will be done... Any recommendations for which kit ?

Cheers

The Prodrive kit from your local friendly Subaru dealer is rated amongst the best.

The Prodrive kit is developed in conjunction with Eibach.

Are either, or both, adjustable ?
No. All you get is springs which are obviously fixed height.

When lowering Scoobs, most folk opt for aftermarket springs (Prodrive, Eibach etc) mated to their factory shocks as the WRX/STi items are pretty good as standard. The springs are designed to work with otherwise standard suspension components and drop the car 25-35mm.

For height adjustability you need coilovers if you want to alter ride height.
Also, with coilovers you can "slam" the car much further than 25-35mm.

You can get "adjustable" suspension kits consisting of aftermarket shocks and springs but the adjustability is only for damping rate and stiffness (ooh-err ) and not height adjustment.

My advice.... get Prodrive springs (or Eibach) and get 4 wheel alignment done with Prodrives camber settings for fast road use. You won't go far wrong with this set-up.

I had Eibach springs on mine and changed em for Prodrive, more comfortable and just as good if not better across the bumps IMHO. Seemed to be more progressive.
Car looks shweet BTW
