Question Whats it worth?

MY96 uk turbo
Mildly tuned to 256bhp proven at last rr session (powerstation)
Running 15psi boost
full ss exhaust (Hayward & scott d/p, magnex centre, scorpion tuner 4" tail)
Speedline (prodrive ET48's) wheels
Brembo brakes
H&R springs,whiteline rear droplinks, powerstation bumpsteer & alignment
Forge alloy header tank
Bailey bov
Boost gauge
WRX interior/ bucket seats
115k on the clock subaru history to 85k
(had second cam belt change at subaru dealer)
Serviced regulary by myself since. Oil every 6k mobil 1 or motul 15/50 used.
Also got all the standard bits, Full Exhaust, 2 pot front brakes, springs
Spare set of 16" gold wrx wheels with tyres.
Whats it worth people?
May have to sell it in the near future, sob sob but will do all I can to keep it though. Bloody house prices!
