i was on my way to get daughter from nursery. was only driving up the high street when some old git on my left pulled out and turned left right into my path.

i had to chase him and make him stop.

he said 'i didnt see you' (yellow car). does this mean he needs an eye test, the wifey said 'he's been driving since the '40s', so what? do all old people think they are always in the right 'cos they have been driving the longest??

a witness caught me up so no problems there, just glad i never put the new body kit on yet

Flippin heck Sara you dont mess about I was only looking at the pics of it this morning 'unbent '

And in answer to your question old people do have the right to be on the roads but a compulsary eye test at 65, 70, 75 ect would save a lot of accidents like this

i must have womens intuition doing before and after pics.at least its made my mind up about a kit, may as well get it now rather than repairing it first. its not my ins. its the third party so they may help towards the body kit

Feckin cronies! Shouldnt be allowed on the road!

If alcohol reduces your reation time and is illegal, quite rightly, why isnt the natural ageing process with the same detrimanetal effect also assesed in RTA's????

.................................................. ...............

Same thing happened to me, some old **** crashed into the back of me then said oh it wasnt me (eh wot) then said look I havent touched it bla bla. He then went onto question how old I was and told me how long he'd been driving and then went onto question who would employ a person like me (eh?) He then said he wouldnt give me his insurance details so I phoned the police and stopped him leaving.

I'm really glad you chased after the ******* Im fed up of reading about people taking **** like this and no chasing them down and making them stop!

thanks Frazer

found out today that the bloke admitted liability, that makes life easier. they provide the car, i have made sure i am getting like for like. i told them i must have AWD.they have offered me a mondeo, laguna type car. there is no way i am taking a corsa out on these roads.i wont have to pay the excess either.

and scooby555chris i dont think yhere is any damage to the bumper. all that black is grease or something yuk
