Easy killa. That's a Canadian car. And I think those blue things are for clearing snow off the windshield.
As far as the drop, I'd guess it's a set of coilovers, and probably a 2-inch drop in front a 2+ inches out back.

sorry, but that front spoiler/splitter looks sh1te. ruined wot could have been a lovely scoob. probably on my own here, but we all like different things, thats why i own a bugeye!!

I agree. The body kit is busted.
The stock STi plastic is much nicer.

that is the BEST splitter i have seen on any shape scooby....

Tyres are Bridgestone RE070.
They are now fitted to all JDM STi's AFAIK. Not sure if they are factory fit for USDM.
