Problem is we were two weeks early ! DOH !
I wondred why people were chanting Vauxhall as we drove round
After much mutual blaming we stayed and actually had a good time of it !
Some of the cars were a bit mad :
Twin engined :
Engine mount !
Scoob hidden
Worst bit is I Can't make the proper date, whenever it is

Vectra to EVO in how long..... why waste the time.... why make yer Vectra look like an EVO (ish)

Any idea how much the mods cost on the Nova??? Just seems like another waste of money to me, but I understand that someone would want summit original, and that's nice, but at what cost??

it not really a max power day out as one of you put it, it was quite a good show, oh and that nova would be kicking out 700bhp and can lanuch 0-60 in 2.6-2.8s and i think it does 1/4's around the 10's mark

that was the VBOA (Vauxhall Bedford and Opel Association) annual show.
Ive been going for the last 5 years in my nova, but i forgot about it since i sold up and bought a scooby.
its not a bad weekend, but the PNG (performance nova group) arent really welcome any more as theres usually a small group of trouble makers in their 1.2L nova razzing round the camp site for 48 hours.
those 2.0L turbo novas are so so quick, Ive yet to have a race with my mates who all drive them but ive been in them and they are rapid and they do grip eventually (their quaife LSDs help)
ive not been in a twin engined version thats madness.
