It's a shame the photo of the bonnet "vent" isn't clearer

It was a hole cut in the bonnet with mesh stuck underneath it

The photos were taken on my mates Nokia 7650. As the guy drove past us my mate shouted "THAT REMINDS ME, I DIDN'T HAVE A **** THIS MORNING!"

the guy had his windows open and heard though

I know this guy...

I met him at a meet in swindon a while back, i thought that it did look a little foolish but did'nt say anything just in case he had some sort of beast under the bonnet...

So i go and chap to him for a bit and ask what's under the bonnet, ahhh he says, it's quite nice actually, it's the new audi 1.8 engine and it really shifts, plus i have a k+n filter and zorst so it goes alot faster...lol....

Although he said that he did have plans to drop a V8 in there...hmmm....

Nuff repsect for the ICE that he had though, looked mint...and i'm not being sarcastic...

Doesnt the air filter get a soaking and then stop working properly at that angle?
