Can somebody show me what the car would look like if the wheels were white or gold. - I had a go but made a right mess of it!

i'm thinking of getting Photo Shop.. which should i get?? how much is it and how easy is it to do stuff like the above???
is it the same as 'LivePix' and 'PhotoDeluxe'??????

I've got a demo of PhotoShop and I was poo with it.
(never been artisic though!)
The wheels need something as they are on the tatty side close up so not sure what to do with them - thought about a referb with a different colour hence the need to see them!
