Has anyone seen my cat floyd ???
It was last seen walking round the back of jases type r on sunday afternoon. We can hear puring from up the exhaust pipe but it won't come back down. Is it safe to start the car ???
The exhaust system is the Walkersport Bazooka - quite possibly the loudest exhaust I have ever heard in my life.
Regards
Ian (now completely deaf)

I like the idea of the Rabbit Morter. Placing a rabbit or any other similar small furry type animal in the exhaust, then reving up to about 7000 rpm. The build up of gases should enable the projectile(rabbit) to fly at least 25 yards. Other animals such as Guinee Pigs and Ferrets could also be used.

no animals were injured in the development of this exhaust

Paul: I think with some of your previous tailpipes you could use small pigs & sheep as well
25 yards? That's a bit conservative! Perhaps we can try for another Scoobynet World Record?

Hello fella´s
I think that both exhausts are looking great.
igratton:
Just about the blitz...
Am I right if you drew the flames yourself?
I´m wondering, that if the exhausts indeed flame that much, isn´t it damaging for the rear bumper?
An acquaintance, who ownes a white Evo 6, has the problem that the paint has a yellow glow in the surrounding of the exhaust.
I also like to have a "flamethrower" , but if these are the consequenses, then I probably have to reconsider.
with regards,
Hans de Jong
edit: removing some type mistakes.

Umm, yeah. he drew them in. You can get "flame throwers." Smoke's flammable you know. At least on the old Detroit beasts you could. I don't know about now with all this low emmisions crap. We used to just put spark plugs in the exhaust pipe near the opening. It was fun and all. very illegal, but fun. With newer cars, Isuppose you could route a wayt for a small spray of gas or whatnot to pump out near the end, and have a spark or something similar to ignite it. Again, probably very illegal not to mention insanely dangeous. Makes every speedbump an adventure in fear. If you did want it, it would be easy enough to make.
As far as that glow, that's your bumper cooking. Most of the rice burners in the states rivet a metal plate over their obnoxiously large exhausts. "Really, Mr. Honda driver, do you really need a 6 inch pipe for your puny little engine?" They seem to think the wider the tailpipe, the faster you go. But yeah. thats how you can avoid destroying your bumper. some stainless or something like that jsut over the pipe.
