Hi
First off you need to upload your pictures so register an account at www.turbosport.co.uk then use their uploader. It's really simple, just follow their instructions...make sure your picture is in Jpeg format and less than 100k. Once your pic is uploaded just copy the markup code and paste it into your post, easy peasy!
You'll prolly make an **** of it first time round, don't worry though, everyone does!!
It might make things clearer if you click
on a post which has pics in it so you have an idea of how your post should look
