Upload a picture (.gif / .jpg) to your webspace using something like CuteFTP. Then make a post on the bbs with a link to the picture in the format [img]http://www.talk21.com/salsa_king/my_pic.jpg[/img} substituting } with ] & obviously the correct url.
If you don't wish to upload pics yourself, email a pic to either Mr.Cookie or myself & we'll upload it to our webspace for you.
