RB, just looked at your model website.
Dude, you have some tremendous work on there, love the weathering effects.
Are they all 1/24 scale? Any tips for aspiring modellers?

dunno really. I have done a few smaller ones, and am just doing a 1/24 Fujimi MR2, fancy doing some rally ones though.
Never attempted any weathering effects , how do you do them? And what does the "wired interior" mean on some of yours? Any special tools you use?
And how do you find space for them all?

two bookcases full of em about 100
u just cruble brown pastels in2 dust and apply wit a slight damp dry brush and spray with hair laquer to keep it on the model
wired interior=interiors with electrical wiring as a real one would, looks wicked
fully carboned dashed etc
full detail takes about 2 weeks to complete but worth the effort
also cut out a mask in card as a shape of the wiper marks and lay over windscreen then lighlty dust,
gives look of dirty screen
all stuff that u dont notice but its there, its the small details that make em

rb, another question.
What's the best way to paint the cars bodywork? I would rather spray my current model (thats I have been doing for about 12 months now ) than paint it, but not sure what paint to use. Will standard car spray paint work, or will it melt the plastic?
