Jap 22B imported Nov 2002 23K on the clock,Revolution exhaust KN Induction,Cusco (Hard as Hell) coil over suspension new Toyo T1-S Proxes,Weird jap Carrozzia or something like that stereo.Oh and wheels have spacers on them about 10mm.Car is in fantastic condition one of the best I have seen for what i consider sensible price.I think some prices are still silly. But having owned and driven this for about a month they are worth every single penny do not beleive the negatives about a 22B they are extreme but hey you are only here Once LOL 22B heaven day in day out it does not get any better.

It'll get a whole lot worse if you prang it or need to buy body parts for it.
Heaven to Hell in double quick time
You'd be well advised to believe at least 'some' of the things that are spoken about the 22B.
Drive carefully

Jabbroni,
I didn't mean to come across all gloom and doom, however you do need to be aware of the other side of 22B ownership as well as the obvious pleasures
To give you an example,
(these quotes are from June 2001 )
LH Front Wing £1700
Front Bumper £1700
Road Wheel £972
Front Lower Wheel Arch £250 (impossible to get)
etc
etc
6 - 8 weeks delivery!!
I'm pretty sure that at this moment in time you'd be extremely lucky to find ANY original body parts from anywhere in Europe.
Japan won't sell you any - unless you can prove that the car is 'in' Japan. Ultimately you would/could get hold of some parts but after one hell of a struggle. Your car would be off the road for (I kid you not) months & months.
I know of some owners who've had cars written off with what 'looked like' minor damage because of the difficulty of sourcing and purchasing the relevant bits and bobs
Of course if you've got a U.K. forgery you'll easily get the parts from Subaru U.K. Yours isn't I'm afraid
So when I said drive the old girl carefully I wasn't being funny - just hoping to impress on you how rare a jewel you're driving. Yes it's a serious tool, but not something you really should be driving a lot. Certainly not taking liberties/risks with. Not that I'm suggesting for one minute that you would.
They are pretty good at biting too if you are on the wrong road surface giving it just a little too much at the wrong time.
Regards, Paul

Thanks for that Paul more or less knew most of that.nearly lost the back in slightly damp conditions.I intend to be as carefull as possible but i guess it is sometimes unavoidable.I saw the recent write off for inner and outer wing.Would appreciate any more info if you've got any on part sourcing etc...
