Now i have found out how to upload pics, can any one tell me how everyone is blanking out their number plate are you using the p.c somehow to highlight the plate out.

Use any picture editing software to do this (should have something on your PC), file the edited image, then upload the pics. Its very simple to do.

try right clicking on image & choose open with: paint or sumin like that if u have the choice then as mentioned just have a play with tools availabel 2 blank out yer bits
