Here are some pics of my car with the new GC8 Lexus lights from TSL.

Fitted them yesterday and I love em!! I will take some more pics in the dark when they REALLY come alive!!

I opted to leave the standard orange bulbs in cause the silver-tech ones do not show up very well in the daytime. I shall use them in my front indicators instead.

Where fairly easy to fit to about 30 mins to do the first one from start to finish and 20 mins for the second one. The main problem is getting them out once all the nuts have been undone, due to the sticky stuff that subaru use to seal the clusters in.

The space between the bottom of the light and the subaru metal strip was too much on the right side and sloped on the left so a quick fix with a file is in order this weekend I think!!

One problem is though that both looms are setup for reversing lights, not one for reversing and one for fog as it needs to be so a little play with a screwdriver and the connectors will sort that. At the mo I am running with just two reverse light and no fog.

Overall....

...well happy!!

Nezz.

I believe the Trouser is looking to get some "black chrome" versions as well.

This will mean they are less obvious on the darker coloured cars.

Do like the lights though... saw them when the first came out of the box at TSL and then on Trouser's car at the weekend.

Of all the Lexus style lights for the orginal shape cars there are my favourites!

NINJA - The wiring loom connects straight on to the original subaru one and all you have to do is take the positive feed from the fog light on the subaru connector and put it in the place where the reversing light goes on the lexus connector. Make sense?
If not mail me and I shall explain futher.

Here are the night pics and one that i fiddled with to get a better pic.....

Cannot remember what colour it is but just look on the offside cluster when you take it off, that where my fog light is.
