Thanks Scooby M....don't think my neighbours like me any more....tho that's making a big assumption that they did beforehand !
I have to say, this back box is a work of art. I was concerned it would look a little lax powerish, but sitting underneath the car it looks at home, and the noise is just...oh so perfect

Looks sweet ScoobyK. Saving my pennies so I can get one. Strange that every one Ive seen on SN who has one or wants one has a DBM Scoob (me included).
Would you say its a lot louder than a SS - and is it just loud or does it retain the flat 4 warble like a SS?
Simon.

Andy / Simon.....difficult for me to say as I've never had a SS. I've gone from std to Prodrive to TSL to TSL Firestorm...I must start selling the old ones !! LOL.
I believe it gives a nice sound - Mark/Nath/Keith - your unbiased comments appreciated here
Andy, ditto mate...hopefully will make a Surrey meet one day and see you again.

This back box is loud, but it does retain the flat 4 burble nicely.
We only went a mile up the road and back.
Kids stared, old ladies shook their heads, workmen on roof tops stopped working and nodded, dogs barked and we grinned constantly.
Nuff said really
Nathan..

I can only agree with Keith and Nathan. The TSL firestorm sounds awesome and accentuates the flat four burble nicely. Its probably louder than a Scoobysport system (which I had on my last Impreza). Very distinctive, very , and can be heard from quite a way away .
Not sure if its as loud as the Nur Spec R...... but something tells me we might find out tommorrow .

P1F...don't think Keith was recording for the purpose of posting on the net...more for his own pleasure However, I'm sure people that were there today will post their thoughts, I'm sure some liked, and some didn't - it's all subjective and personal.
