Hi,
I got stopped by a copper for having the plate exactly the same as that.... i thought it was legal and told him this.... so he got out his book and there needs to be a minimum of 1cm plate around the lettering...!!
He only gave me a producer though and said i would be fined if caught for the same offence again...
