Paint shop pro clever people - with time

I would like to print these out on A4 paper. When I try the quality is poor and I can not read the text. Anyone fancy trying this for me?

Davyboy,
I saved those images as a Bitmap file directly off your post. I opened the first one in Paint Shop Pro and saved it as a JPEG. I could happily print it off whilst still being able to read the letters (1st page anyway). The only thing that isn't legible (spelling?) is the small map of the whole circuit.
I didn't do anything fancy (not that intelligent). I could fax you the page if you like.
