Remeber that friend I have in Subaru of Israel, the one that gave me a WRX Prodrive for 2 days on my birthday,
well today he gave their STI test car for a day!!
Let me start by saying that I've driven on many cars: an NSX, 750iL, GS300, Impreza GT (that I own), 205 GTI (I used to own), 94 Vette, A8 4.2 Qauttro...
and this is the best car I've ever drive.
let's start with the bad: Turbo lag, very bad case of turbo lag (much worse than in my GT)... thats it!
once on the move the gears are so short you're never in the lag zone and you have 6 speeds and 4000 rpms to play with,
the breaks are awsome!! (brembo)
and the handling is just unbelivable,
no understeer!! the first thing to come out (and always do with ease) is the back, but unlike a RWD car it stays under control while you play with your right foot and steering to do what ever yopu want with the damm thing!!
