I have a 2004 WRX. I am thinking of using a BIG TD05 16G with full decat 3in exhaust, 550cc pink injectors, STi TMIC, 3port boost solenoid, aftermarket uppipe and a K&N panel filter. What HP am I likely to get from this setup?

 

I'm going to guess about 350bhp, but slightly worse spool than a small-16g (and let's be honest, not much more power either).

Are you having the turbo built, or is the big-16g one that is available for you in Barbados? If it's one that is available, and other turbos aren't, then there's in all honesty probably nothing wrong with a big-16g, but if you have a choice you might want to look at perhaps a td05-16g (small) with a billet wheel instead, or even an 18g billet?

 

The turbo is a used one available to me from a seller on the USA. It will have 11 blade billet wheel.
