Yea I think so unless I get a sensible offer only had idiots offering peanuts over texts and I can't be bothered with the hassle of breaking it at the moment I'm back to plan A so it will be getting a fresh 2.35 build and a bit of a tidy up underneath over the winter.

Thankyou for all the kind comments I haven't quite got it sitting how I'd like at the moment think it's a little high at the front but I'm getting there.

Very nice indeed! Im int wo minds not sure whether I want to sell my widetrack or put some money into it? What exactly does it take to get to 500bhp? Mods and a rough figure? (if you dont mind me asking).

I bought it with the engine mods already done but will be refreshing it as its done a few miles it all depends how reliable you want it to be that's why I'm going with a ej22t block as I want it to be as reliable as possible.
You'll need a forged build with some head work, turbo, intercooler, ecu, injectors, clutch, fuel system I may of missed a couple of bits but I don't think you would get much change from 10-12k

What heads will you go with on the 2.35 build? The heads on it at the moment have been re-chambered for the 2.5 so you may need to factor in different heads?

I've already had this discussion with Steve at SMG and with the block being bored its closer to a 2.4 and I'm having it modified so I can run 2.5 head gaskets as for the squish he thinks this will be ok as you can't take a 2.0 head out to exactly the same size as a 2.5 so they hopefully will be fine otherwise I do have a set of 2.0 avecs heads.

Don't you just love cars moved it out the workshop today and see a little puddle of oil under the rear right hand side I wonder what that could be so I peep my head under the car and what a lovely surprise the shock has decided to sh*t itself.

Not decided to do as of yet either have the 2 rear shock's refurbeb or buy a new set I had meister r on my last car and was quite impressed with them I'd like to try a set of there gt1's.

Had it up for £13500 with the block and Pistons I was bid 10k a couple of time but I think that's giving it away it would easily break to more.

You have to be patient when selling cars of such nature and value unless it's circumstances that make you sell and you end up losing out, I was looking for over 4months before I found mine,

Sounds like a plan with the gt1's there's a fully refurbed set as new on here from a member at nearly half the retail price mate have you seen them? They look brand new
