Here's a few quick photos of my 2006 STI Wide Track with Rota Boost 9x18 ET30 running none stretched 255/35/18's. No rubbing at the rear but catching a little at the front, but needs to be raised a little and some negative camber added.

I had the rear arches pulled using t3hclaps guide done by my local body shop GHL Bodyworks Ottley, Grant has done a brilliant job on the arches a swell as some tidying up other body work imperfections.

I hopefully be able to give it a good waxing at the weekend and get some more pictures up

 

That looks sooooo good with proper tyres and that ride height, good choice

In regard to the ride, I've been driving very carefully so I can't really comment

 

If you get away without any rubbing on that tyre size! I'll eat my hat! (and then adopt the same sizes )
my 2005 widetrack has 18x8 PFF7's on with 225/40/18 and a 20mm spacer at the back. I get tyre rubbing on hard cornering on the rear. But then it is v.low....and no arch mods

 

I'm running 8.72" wide wheels on my hawk and had to adopt some negative camber and roll my rear arches to stop any rubbing.

 

Just raised the front and it not rubbing going over the speed humps where I live. Jobs a good un. I'll try and get some more pic up tomorrow.

That stance looks great with them wheels on your car, not a fan on them wheels on some cars but on yours you've got it right 'for looks'

 

Lol Corky, I've raised it since, as its rubbing at the front but I need to play with it a little more as it a touch too highly now . I'm going to try and make "work" in the handling department, I've got Cusco front and rear anti roll are to go on. It crying out for a decat a remap.

 

Put another camber bolt on front, ajustable top mounts etc then you can put it back down.

It got adjustable topmounts and the roll Centre kit on, but yes I need some front camber bolts as well as fitting the rears too. I broke a socket tryinging to fit them on the rear, so it's probably a job for RH lol.

Cheers Gus it drives quite well to be honest, but I've raised it a little too much on the front, so I need to tweek it a little when I have time

Cheers bud, the drive is on a slant so it always sits funny, but yes it does need a drop at the front still,I think I'll wait till I get the camber bolts on.
