My New 2011 Wrx Sti Saloon
So Purchased My STI after a bit of searching!
This is my 2nd "sharkeye" the first unfortunately didn't make it home before popping!
This Little beast has just under 19000 miles on, is totally standard. And dare I say it runs like a little gem.
Compared to all other cars I've had, she blows the socks off.
Except Evo (but that's due to pure power).
Driving comforts and a bit of fun this wins by a mile!
Brief history on me I'm not a spring chicken so grew up with vauxhalls, after many conversions I'm not gonna defend but if you havnt been in a corsa B with over 300 on total death trap and utter madness! This is an experience absolutely stupid and idiotic but an experience! I then went on to Jap!
2 X P1's
1 blobeye
1 Hawkeye sadly written off when a Lorry hit me.
1 Evo 7 fq300
Not in that order!
1 Evo 9 Gt which ended up at just under 600 (on a reputable dyno) I sold this to fund my business
I fell in love with a this shape as soon as I see it, I remember I went to the dealers near me when I had my 2nd P1
I sat in it couldn't afford it.. Knew 1 day I'd have it.
My heart was set on a white one My first was white and stunning but proved to unreliable!!!!
I viewed the piece of ****62 plate white one in Wales (tim Hayward car sales) piece of sh3t they are a bull sh3tting idiots and was a complete waist of time.
I then looked at a few Evo 9 Mr 360's (grey) and they were lovely but just all seemed over priced and rusty!! With grey in mind, I travelled on what was a glorious sunny day and I've never seen such a sparkly stunning colour
Simply put money transferred, DVLA bent me over with road rent, insurance informed
And here she is

Wouldie.
I genuinely cannot find the paint code, not on log book..
I thought it consisted of letters and numbers if not there is 118 which possible could be it!! Sorry
Jay cartay.
Tarmac sportz are sourcing it's just under 1000 which is very reasonable I felt.
Chris there is being a star and is very helpful.

Grimmspeed limited version divorced downpipe

This will be going off for zircotec coating before going on.

Unfortunately I need this on before I can put exhaust on too as both are true 3" and believe it can't be bolted on to std down pipe.

I will enquire and update but very exciting

I'll see what it's like once intercoolers there and make my decision then see if u still have if that's ok.
I considered it but then see them with intercoolers but may still put on to protect it..... We shall see

It started to rain so will need to do another video of it running.
So I have the Greedy evolution GT again sourced from Tarmacsportz for a very good price
Again big thanks to Chris
And My wife for letting me purchase this!
Review.... marks from 10
Fitting front end 10/10 it mates up to std down perfectly
Fitting rear end 9.5/10 it looses half mark as sits 1.5mm higher right to left can you notice, not really but sits PERFECTLY in the bumper contours
Quality 11/10 it is superior.. If it wasn't under the car it would be above my fire.
Sound 10/10 it sounds perfect, I fitted CAI so need map so haven't let her breath properly yet!
Drone on motorway. 10/10 at 80mph on flat in 6th I can clearly hear my music at level 12 (std Kenwood satnav stereo) with standard speakers! I am very happy
Overall...... 15/10 this exhaust is truly both stunning and amazing a true 3" all the way through, if you don't have one or consider buying/ changing to one do it.. She is amazing best exhaust I've ever purchased
Well done GREEDY.

You can see the slight difference left to right
But what I haven't considered is I initially fitted front section before the rears (was unsure if it would bolt up to std down pipe) so will have more adjustment when I fit Grimspeed down pipe.

Listening to yours mine isn't as loud, do you have std down pipe?
But mine is deeper rather than raspier this may be due to phone mic though!?!? Obviously it never sounds the same to The real thing.

It's only slightly but 1 finger happily goes in one side the other is a squeeze!!
But thank you, I also fitted torque solutions exhaust mounts as I knew it was close to bumper! They are the absolute don hold it perfectly so happy today!!
