But mine is deeper rather than raspier this may be due to phone mic though!?!? Obviously it never sounds the same to The real thing.
I have a Haywood and Scott one piece high flow cat replacing the down and link pipe cats (100 cell), the video clip was taken right after fitting, now the exhaust had coked up it sounds the bollocks 😎

Bit of a noddy question but, do you need to remap the car for the exhaust if it is a cat back system?

Not if its just a cat back mate, if your replacing the down and link pipe cats then yes. Won't hurt to remap with a cat back and panel filter will probably see a small increase in BHP and Torque

As bigh221 said no but required to get maximum performance increase.

I also installed my Perrin CAI this does require remap instantly, but I will nurse her until a few other little extras are on then I'll get mapped the once.

Unfortunately it seems difficult to get a reply without chasing, I mean this in tHe nicest way as my business too is busy but I've contacted a few people twice and getting no where fast

I will try again this week fingers crossed.

I've had mine for a year and a half now totally standard but I miss the burble compared to my old WR1, so I'm looking to get some of the noise back. Im happy with the performance still so I'm thinking just a cat back or even just the back boxes could be a good idea.

Sorry to hi jack your thread!

Yours looks stunning. No hi-jack at all enjoy the interest.

The exhaust note now is amazing and yes lovely to have the burble back. Genuinely the exhaust note is amazing, I'm considering taking Intake back off so I can let her breath properly (s# rather than I mode!!). So so happy.

I feel I may need to change down pipe from what I've purchased, it sounds so good now I may make it to loud decatted.....

Also am I right in thinking there were less than 250 sold in the 3 years they were on the market!

I read it was something like 242?

Yeah very few. We're an exclusive club. Think I actually prefer ours to the latest model partly because of it.

Just bought some 2015 wheels for mine. Would be awesome if there was a way to use the TPMS system!

If the 2011 has TPMS you just need to get them coded.

I've just done the opposite, got some 300s 5 spokes for my 2015.

I liked the original wheels, but they were a pain to keep clean, and I've changed them to gold.
I had the dealer fit them, and they put in new sensors so I don't have an annoying light on the dash all the time. The only issue I had was as I had the old set in the back of the car, it was interfering with the bluetooth pick up, only after they reset the whole system did it decide to work properly.

It's not you I got them from in Rushden is it?

2012 doesn't have TPMS unfortunately so doubt there's any way of adding it.

Nah, still got mine. If I ever get a newer one, I'll swap them back on.

Probably best without it tbh, less to go wrong.

I have just listed for sale, I only have 3 days to purchase the new car, if it's not sold I will withdraw, Unfortunately I can't afford to purchase the new 335d and keep sadly but really the 335 ticks more boxes for my needs and have just been offered a deal of a lifetime! I can trade in but have offered this wonderful car here first!

What will be will be
