Default Subaru wrx 300 limited edition ( newbie )

Hey all!

New to the forum and introducing myself, I have taken the plunge and bought my self a Wrx 300 limited edition Subaru blobeye.

After searching and viewing a few Subaru sti and wrx I just wasn't finding one that ticked all my boxes mainly due to poor owner ship of " so called mint example " so I took the trip to local dealer of Subaru and came back with this baby..

Wrx 300
2005 ( 55 )
73000 miles as on today
Full service history ( just had one on the day I got it from the guy )
Cambelt done at 56k

Tuning

-Remap
-Turbo back exhaust system
-Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
-K and N filter
-Dump Valve
-Lowered on eibach

So today Me and my brother have gave her a once over...

Snow foamed, 2 bucket method, auto sol exhaust, Tyre shine, Inside cleaned all cleaning products using autobright

Also ordered my first things for her....

-18" Ultralite Atec Alloys 18 X 8j et 45
-18" Vredestein ultrac sessanta Tyres x4
-Front lip Splitter
-Smaller Front Jap Plate 15" X 3.5"
-Meyle Front Drop Links

Any comments welcome will update accordingly

Thank you. It is very very clean. I like to look after my cars to the very best standard as if it was brand new. Happy with the condition of it. Cannot wait for new wheels.

Hi and welcome to the forum. That is a very good looking example you have there, where did you buy it from? I have the very same car with only 19K on the clock, they do look great don't they. I'm only 10 miles from Doni so may see you around at some point

Very clean! I've no doubt RS_Matt has banged one out over it already.

Also interested to know what snow foam you use. It almost looks 'too' thick, as if it just sits on the car?

Out of interest, why did you pick the first 'mechanical' upgrade to be the front drop links?
Where they worn or are you looking for a handling tweak?

Thanks bud. Yes mate. Like to proper look after my cars any little thing needs doing gets replaced and always cleaned with proper products. Hate it when people don't look after them. Was so frustrating looking for cars and bodywork was poor or poorly looked After in general.

I'm about 70/30 in favour of the standard alloys. I think special editions should be kept standard looking.

Doodling?

The alloys was kerbed mate and tyres was cheap and nasty and had terrible tyre noise.
It was either refurb and get good tyres or do what I have and I always liked the these kind of wheels on scooby.

I also like the anthracite better than the gold.

Looks good fella, although I think I prefer it with the standard wheels if I'm being honest.
