yes they very good, a frind of my'n work's with superchips, he show'd me the software and explain about it, i dont remember all of it but he said that the car will get crazy and drive like hell :-) it give something like 50hp and it's externel plug&play no need to open the ecu.(for the new age wrx's)
i personaly have the superchips software on my ibiza 20vt +45hp & 30% more torqh.
dont wont to "show off" but i'm kicking the wrx & wrx prodrive 245hp, didnt try'ed with the sti :-) yet.

hi sillysi, no i didnt change the suspension & brakes yet.
and i turnd off the tcs so it want cut in.
dont underestimate the ibiza 20vt, i know it's not the same group
as the the wrx, but still the power/weight ratio is good, and it's not over powered, i've get 215hp my frind have 235hp and to my other frind it wasnt enough so he install NOS!!! 280hp.
as for the 240hp prodrive my frind have one and i can tell you for sure that i way pass him.

i've been running a superchip for 2 years now with no problems on my94 legacy turbo around the 290bhp+ mark boosting at 26psi it performs every time

they are also put on an fse boost valve if u have a turbo, a dawes valve will help alot

I had a 20V Ibiza before my WRX and I would suggest that with the extra bhp the poor little thing is a bit over powered after all it is just a Polo chassis. Mine was standard expect for a Forge DV and the traction control would cut in all the time with only 175bhp. A standard MY01 WRX would woop any standard or modded Ibiza in normal driving conditions and I am not talking about the straight line argument. Have you done anything with the suspension, brakes ?
