I have a 1994 jap import I have a j&r air filter box been told if I put a hole in it drain pipe size . Then make the pipe to go down to the front bumper bottom it would give me more cold air intake do would be better . Us that true

It will be a cold air feed but ,imo, there is no need to do it, I did however remove the snorkel that is in the driver side wing.
