Yep, Looks like a SELCA alarm immobiliser re-set device.
You should have some key looking device which is used to re-set the system if it goes pants and shuts the car down..... it's usually paired with a flashing red light module about the size of your thumbnail..

yeah its got a flashing red light under the vents in the middle but i got no key for it and it has a cobra alarm now so shall i just disconnect those things?

i have the same thing on my ignition barrel and a thing on my key fob i gotta touch in there before i can turn the engine on, if you dont need to do that id say its a redundant one so just leave it, i find wiring scary so i wouldnt mess with it unless you need to!
