Default switchy thing?

hi does any one know what the thing on the left of the picture is and what is the light switch on the right for, nothing seems to happen when i push it?

I'd say say left thing is some sort of redundant immobiliser thing. Middle is front fog lights. Right is rear fog light.

Yep, Looks like a SELCA alarm immobiliser re-set device.

You should have some key looking device which is used to re-set the system if it goes pants and shuts the car down..... it's usually paired with a flashing red light module about the size of your thumbnail..

yeah its got a flashing red light under the vents in the middle but i got no key for it and it has a cobra alarm now so shall i just disconnect those things?

i have the same thing on my ignition barrel and a thing on my key fob i gotta touch in there before i can turn the engine on, if you dont need to do that id say its a redundant one so just leave it, i find wiring scary so i wouldnt mess with it unless you need to!
