IIRC My Speedo Converter when I used JDM clocks was intercepting the green/yellow wire which goes into the wiring plug closest to the drivers door behind the clock cluster.

Blinding. Have installed my f60dab took me more than a month to find the pulse speed but as usual the right forum with thee right people helped. Thats an understatement. So Yep, its the nearest green and yellow drivers side connector behind the clocks you connect that lead too. Job done, tried and tested to be working.
