I've been looking for a set of prodrive foglights to go with my bumper , are the lights plug and play with the stock harness ? Just seeing what all it needs before I get them , anyone selling a complete set , found a set on ebay but the seller won't respond , please let me know if the wiring if plug and play or if you have a complete set thanks , Matt

They aren't fog lights, they are driving lights, in the UK they need wiring into the main beam circuit. Not legal for the UK in that position, but EU law allows them to be so.

Without sounding picky...
They are high performance driving lamps, two beams are available, drive and pencil beam, the later being a narrower beam pattern with a greater range. The HID version was hugely expensive, hence the price.

Surely better value to source these and fab some brackets ? An aftermarket H1 HID kit will upgrade the output...

The HID version is super rare, mine are "ordinary" Hella 1000FF with add-on H1 HID kits in OEM mouldings. Sadly the price reflects the scarcity of these items.

LOL, re-read your thread, dude: the ones I posted a link to are DRIVING lights, not foglights.
A foglight produces a low, flat beam, which is meant to illuminate the surface and edges of the road in poor driving conditions. They don't do a particularly good job and for normal driving are useless, plus illegal to use EXCEPT in adverse conditions in the UK. Dunno about the USA.....
Driving lights have a very powerful beam, similar to your high beams, (brights?), except they fill in the foreground a bit too, rather like a mix of a dip and a really good high (main) beam.
Used WITH the high beams, they give excellent spread and reach and are brilliant for doing any quick night driving.
You've seen my pics of mine?

They very occasionally come up on ebay, or you could get hold of some Hella 100ff lights, (which is what they were), and get a decent fabricator to weld up some alloy brackets that bolt to the normal foglight mounting holes, of which, three.
Wiring is fairly simple if you get some.
