Halo lights for my bug ?

could i wire these up to my moretters for side lights on my bug ?

Don't see why not, but avoid blue, it's an offence to show anything but white at the front, except for amber flashing indicators and yellow for some fogs.

I got told by VOSA to remove some faintly blue sidelight bulbs.
