I have a 1998 Classic WRX, which had crystal headlights fitted with manual adjusters for the beam direction.
I now have another set with electric adjusters that I was going to modify for the smoked internals look.
My questions are:
1. Is it right these electric ones can be adjusted manually?
2. What is involved in converting the car to make them work electrically?
Any help appreciated

1. yes, they have to be adjustable anyway so as to set beam height and side to side, then they move electrically DOWN with the adjuster. You set them up with it set to zero.
2. LOTS of wiring if it's not already there, plus the switch. IIRC, there are six wires to each adjuster, maybe more.
The electrical adjusters aren't automatic, they just allow you to turn the lights down a bit if you are fully loaded..well, the car, anyway.
