Sorry if this has been asked millions of times but can't find anything that can help me on google

So here we go my remote fob won't lock/unlock the car but it does activate the alarm I have changed the fuse in the engine bay but still the same I have changed the door lock timer under the steering column still not working does anyone have a clue where all the fuses and relays are located I have even checked the wires going into the doors for cuts all look fine a mate did fit a turbo timer to the car for me and cut a wire on the control box that's when the problem started that was reconnected straight away after that no central locking Please help me it's doing my sweed in using a key then opening all doors by hand
