Default central locking

Hi guys
Can anyone give me any advice on a c/locking prob with my uk2000, it wont lock with the fob but if you lock the doors by pushing switch and holding the outside door handle, the keyfob will unlock the doors!!! not good with electrics so be gentle

its a long shot but just make sure that all of the door switchs are working correctly, as im not sure on your model but on some cars, if the alarm thinks a door is open it wont try and lock the car at all incase you leave the door open

I had a similar problem lately with mine…

The central locking was working when locking/opening the door on inside but wasn’t working when using the alarm to open the doors.
It worked out the popper that’s put onto the mechanism inside the door had slipped loose and the popper wasn’t pushing the link far enough to open the door!

Simple fix not sure if it will solve your problem but worth a try, the door cards are easy and quick to take off to check.

(I had aftermarket alarm fitted)
