I have an AEM Tru-Boost all wired up and ready for the solenoid but i'm unsure what i have to do to install it on my GC8

I know its meant to go in between the pipe from the vacuum hose on the turbo to the wastegate actuator, but the pipes run to the stock boost solenoid. now what exactly do i do from here? do i remove the pipes from the stock one and put them strait to the AEM solenoid? or do i pipe it in as well as?

There are wires running from the stock one so i figure removing it entirely would pop up CEL codes.
