any cobra electrics dealers on here or someone who knows their alarms well

as title says im looking for help from a cobra alarm dealer/installer. i bought a blob sti that has a cobra alarm fitted and the remote doesnt open or lock the car, the led light flashes on the fobs and on the led inside the car. i tried following the online instructions on re syncing the fob to alarm but my fobs dont do what the guide says it should.
anyone who might know please let me know
