Hi, does anyone have any recommendations on good fog lights for an 03 WRX. Mine have some rock chips..Possibly aftermarket HID.

"Good foglights" is an oxymoron, there is NO such thing, ALL foglights are a waste of money and space.

You can, however, get DRIVING light kits, or make your own brackets and buy the lights separate.

Many aftermarket tuning companies do/did kits for driving lights, can I suggest you do a Google search? There are some HID ones on ebay at the mo, be sat down when you read the price

The best lights for longevity and performance were the Hella 1000FF. Here is a thread with some pics of the performance of mine in HID:

But the PRICE of those in HID is eye-watering IF you can still get them. (See above).

What you CAN do is search out some 1000FF lights in halogen (Google, again, or ebay), and fit HID kits to them. Dunx, on here has done just that and his are equal to mine. DO buy a decent HID kit thouigh, NOT an ebay £25 special. Not unless you WANT to replace it after a year?
They seem to be still available in the USA and eastern Europe. I'd deal with the US.
