Classic with no green ecu reset connectors

Looked for these near my black connectors and couldn't see any green ones! There was a black pair, I connected them and got a constant tone very strange

they will be there, they are taped up if no one has dug them out before.

As JDM said they will be there - try looking around all of the steering coloum, there usually taped to the top side of it.
