I bought some smoked indicator lenses but they have no E4 stamp on them, what are the implications of this, is it an MOT fail etc, a safety thing or by having the stamp, is it a bit like not for road use being applied and doesnt mean anything ?

It could be an MoT fail, but it would have to be a totally **** inspector.......
