The drivers headlight would blind oncoming traffic as on a RHD car the beam is directed away from oncoming cars, So if you use a LHD headlight this is going to be reversed and as above will more than likely fail at mot time,
Hawk headlights are not cheap, nearly the same price as the rest of the conversion put together.

Sorry, but you can't do this.
Modern lights are what is known as assymetric dip. That is, they are cutoff flat on dip, with a slight "kick up" on the side away from oncoming traffic.
UK lights would produce this beam pattern:
\_____ \_____,
whilst USA lights would produce this:
_____/ _____/
Thus, the "kick up" meant to illuminate the edges of the road, would blind oncoming drivers.
It would be an immmediate MoT fail.

AFAIK, you can't mod the lights, UNLESS:
You can get them open, split the dip beam projector and refit the assymetric cutoff the other way round.
On the projectors I bought from the USA (with UK dip), it would have been a relatively easy job, three set screws, flip the shield over, rebuild.
On others it can't be done without drilling out pop-rivets etc
