I am currently in Germany, I am thinking about bringing my Hawkeye over.

However in order to pass the German equivalent to the MOT, I would need toreplace/adjust the headlights, so that they would shift the beam to the rightinstead of the left.

Can this be done without forking out the £400+ for continental headlights?Is there an adjustment screw that could do it? I can't look at mine atm as it'snot with me.

Note: I can't just put on the stickers to deflect the beam; I’ve alreadyasked that lol

Nope, unless you have HID lights, but you have to actually take the projectors apart to do it

With halogens, it's a new set of lights, sorry.

I'd start looking on Eoropean e-bay, or in the USA for a set, pronto.

I think I have HID's? I'm not sure.

Is there a handy guide on the internet to change it over if I do?

Nope, suck it and see.

And if you muck up the projector, or get it out and find it's NOT possible to open it, then you have wasted time, at best, or cost yourself a light unit, at worst.

I only mentioned it since while I was fitting my projectors to my classic, I had a good look at the projector, and it would be a ten minute job to change the masks round for driving on the right.

Except that, to do it now, it's : take the grille off, take the sidelights off, remove headlight, "cook" headlight in the oven, remove glass, remove projector, temn minutes on projector, they reverse all the above
