Which fuse for rear brake lights

You got a multimeter/circuit tester?
If not, get hold of one, if so, use it to test if the brake lights are getting power, and have the correct earth.
If they have neither, suspect a break in the wiring between where the spoiler brake light branchjes off, and the rear lights themselves.
If you shift the trim out of the boot sides, the wiring is easy to get at.

Swiss: the wiring is dead easy to trace, it runs along the car's footwell, actually on TOP of the side of the footwell, under the trim, which is easy to remove.
It goes into the boot, driver's side afaik, and to the rear lights behind the boot side trim panels.
Start by removing those, which are held in by two screwed plastic nut heads, and a series of clips that come out by lifting with a flat-blade screwdriver. You can then remove ALL that side trim and trace the wiring back from the lights.
Takes a bit of time, but isn't difficult.
I assume you've done the usual like looked at where the connectors JOIN the rear light cluster, checking for corrosion? And at the bulb-holders? Any corrosion?
If you've done that, then trim removal and trace the wiring would be my next bet. I'd be looking for a connector/joint where the wiring goes off to the spoiler: the problem is AFTER that and I'd like to bet that that junction is in the boot somewhere, since the wiring for the spoiler is inside the boot, check for damage, any signs of chafing, any obviously badly kinked wires, etc etc. Even a connector: look for damage and problems with corrosion.
