Clock cluster/speedo/rev bulb replacement
Hi all i would just like to thank you in advance for taking your time to read this post and an even bigger thankyou if any of you reply.
I have a 2002 WRX and the since ive owned it the lights on the end of the rev counter worked intermittently which didnt bother me much but now another bulb has gone out in the speedo, i think it just needs the bulbs replacing, can any one direct me to a thread or please tell me how to remove the clock cluster so i can replace the bulbs behind.
thanks again for your time

Drop steering wheel to it's lowest position, look up under the instrument cowling top, you'll see screws, undo and remove them.
Work the cowling out, and you should now reveal more screws holding the instruments in. On a classic there are three, two lower, one above. Tip here is to use a screwdriver with a good magnetic head, it's hard to get at the screws and you don't want them to drop off inside the dash
Once the screws are out, pull the instruments towards you and undo and wiring connections on top/on the back. The instruments can now be worked out of the space.
The bulbs are either W5W capless in holders that half-twist out, or a smaller version of above, depending on model/year, so it's suck it and see time.
