Paul,
If you use the Cibies with Clear covers and over 100 watt bulbs, the bulbs can melt.
I am using the cibies with 130 Watt and no covers and only when I am driving. Never standing still with the Cibies on.
They are still fine for more than 3 years now.

Phil,thanks for the post but my covers arrived today otherwise you would have had a sale.To anyone else reading this with cibies the covers are well worth a tenner
