Hi everyone,
I installed a new Pioneer AVH-3200DVD today and all works fine except I cannot get any signal on the FM or AM radio, as if the antenna isn't connected.
The aerial is connected in the back of the stereo but was wondering if there was anything else I needed to do?

Any suggestions?

Ive heard of someone else having this problem,assuming the aeriel is ok fit a 12v aeriel amplifier to boost the signal.

Did u look at the connection on the door pillar? Take the 2 screws out and check tht the coaxial is join pro, into ariel ,

Does any know were ad get an ariel and cable for 98 2000 ?

Thts whts wrong wif mine sum dick pulled the ariel and as broke the connection!! Can't get one anywhere (

I have the same head unit and had same problem, if you have used an Autoleads connector (or similar) for the HU then the aerial booster in the boot is not powered - it's the white lead (no 14 I think) on the main loom to the HU. Do a search on Scoobynet and there is a detailed post with photo's to sort it out - worked fine for me.
