Default MY00 classic electrical problem

when i start my impreza it blows the fuse for my alarm, central locking and stereo.car starts fine but when i stop i have to put a new fuse in again.i checked with multimeter at the fuse holder (in fuse box)which was showing 14.6v.the battery shows 12v at idle and under load.and the alternator shows 14.6v at idle and under load.i've tried a different battery and alternator just to see if it made a difference which it didn't grateful for some help on this please

i've been told there could be resistor on the coil pack which could have something to do with it.if there is where about's is it

What would be the outcome of leaving the car running and replacing the fuse? Would it blow it immediately, or would it run with it UNTIL you used the starter again?
