Can anyone confirm whether you can fit the auto adjust motor into the manual adjust crystal headlamps on a classic?

I've always thought you could, but don't have any JDM lights to confrim.

AFAIK, you can, and not just JDM cars had crystal lights, I have a set in my loft awaiting a projector retrofit, they came off a 99 UK car and have the same fittings, although the motors are, at present, on my Morettes.

LOL, waiting on being able to afford them. Car has cost me a fair bit this year, I've had the lights since last November

Best place to get the projectors seems to be the USA, but the exchange rate isn't good any more, so I'm waiting.
What WAS around a £250 job is now nearer £400

It appears they are not the same. I've got the JDm lights I awapped for my UK ones.
The manual adjusters have quite a thin, short thraded end inside, in comparision with UK elec ones that have a ball jointed end to do the adjusting.
