Default Hella Horn...

Hi,

I went to see my mate while he was tidying his garage space and I find a Hella horn lying around.

I took ownership of it since he cant remember having it.

However, I tried to google this and can not find any info about it.

Here is a couple of pics of the horn:

Questions:
> What model is this?
> Will I need to use a relay?
> How do I connect it up?

Can anyone help?
